Project Overview
A stunning 5-bedroom contemporary home featuring premium finishes, landscaped gardens, an infinity pool, and smart home integration. This executive residence exemplifies modern Zimbabwean luxury living.
Design Challenges
The client wanted a home that blended contemporary international design with warm African aesthetics, while navigating a sloped site with limited access.
Solutions Delivered
We designed a split-level layout that embraced the natural slope, created dramatic double-volume spaces, and used local stone and timber to anchor the design in its Borrowdale context.
Materials & Finishes
Imported Italian porcelain tiles, local granite cladding, engineered timber flooring, frameless glass balustrades, premium aluminium windows.
